At Compassionate Behavior Care, we are more than a child development organization. We are also an authorized course provider for QABA and IBAO, as well as a CEU provider for both BACB and QABA. Additionally, we are a registered and approved organization for delivering the ASDAN curriculum. All our courses are approved by the KHDA.
About the Founder
Shyni Gopal, Founder and Program Director of Compassionate Behavior Care, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) and International Behavior Analyst (IBA) with over a decade of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She specializes in comprehensive assessments, individualized intervention planning, behavior management and self-regulation strategies through a compassionate, evidence-based ABA approach, empowering individuals and families to achieve meaningful outcomes.
She completed her BCBA Coursework at the Florida Institute of Technology and is a course provider for QBA, IBA and QASP programs, as well as an approved CEU provider for the BACB and QABA. She is dedicated to advancing the field through professional training, continuing education and mentorship. She has also presented research posters at the ABAI International Conference in consecutive years since 2021 and continues to participate highlighting innovative clinical practices developed by the Compassionate Behavior Care (CBC) team.
Ms. Shyni has developed and implemented the ASDAN curriculum by integrating ABA strategies with educational goals to promote functional independence and long lasting learning outcomes. Passionate about parent empowerment, she provides practical, evidence-based guidance to families. Holding a Master's in Computer Applications, she has also developed innovative ICT programs that integrate artificial intelligence (AI) and technology to enhance learning, independence and future readiness for people of determination.
